Joshua Waugh

Joshua Waugh is a Brisbane based DoP, Cinematographer who works across commercial, documentary and narrative films.

Traditionally trained as a stills photographer, Joshua brings a considered and careful eye to every project he is involved in. Attention to detail, being able to work fast, problem solve quickly and being able to craft a beautiful image that is impactful, engaging and captivating is what drives him from frame to frame.

 

With a focus on telling human stories about love, pain, challenge and resolve, Joshua is able to create cinematic films that are important, and evergreen.

 

Joshua is versed in multiple mediums, from stills to motion, digital to motion picture film, skills that are hard to find in the modern world but bring a creative edge and authenticity to any project.
